Sue began teaching at DCP in 2011 and enjoys it more and more each year! She is originally from New Jersey, but came to Ohio many years ago by way of Boston, Pittsburgh, and Youngstown. She has a BA from Boston University and a Masters of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. She has worked as a therapist for children and their families at Children's Hospital Guidance Center. Sue left work to be home with her children and found much joy in volunteering at Dublin Schools during her son and daughter's school years.
Her son, Ian, is a UC alum. He works in Sports Photography. He is happily living in Cincinnati with his lovely wife, Dayna, and their puppy, Iggy. Her daughter, Chloe (a DCP Alum) is a graduate of American University and currently lives in Charleston, South Carolina. She is a journalist and writes about climate and ecology for the Charleston Post and Courier.
Sue loves art museums, photography, dogs, gardening, and especially the ocean. She loves her fellow teachers and the beautiful 3 year-olds she meets every year!
